Seeking a Manager – Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD).
