As a Client Program Specialist , you'll work closely with a key client, helping them navigate testing, inspection, and audit services while collaborating with teams across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys communication, project coordination, data, and client interaction.
Be the go-to contact for one of our major fashion industry clients. Work from the client's London office 3 days per week and build strong day-to-day relationships. Help answer questions, solve issues, and support client needs related to testing, inspections, and audits. Partner with teams across UL Solutions including Operations, Quality, Sales, and Business Development. Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs that help track performance and improve programs. Keep client requirements organized, updated, and communicated across the business. Support continuous improvements and help make our client programs even better. #LI-Hybrid #LI-ZK1
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. Experience in customer service, client support, sales, or account coordination is a plus - but we're also happy to consider early-career professionals. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Interest in data, reporting, and process improvement. Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a bonus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial, curious mindset and willingness to learn. Team player who enjoys collaborating with different people and functions. Able to work in London three days per week.
