Director - Epic User Readiness

The Director – Epic User Readiness is responsible for leading the enterprise strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Epic user readiness programs across the organization. This role ensures clinicians, operational staff, and administrative users are fully prepared to adopt Epic systems through effective training, communication, change management, and go live support.
