About The Role

The Epic Principal Trainer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering Epic training programs that support successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing utilization of Epic applications across the organization. This role serves as the primary instructional design and training expert for assigned Epic application areas, ensuring end users receive effective, role-based education aligned with operational workflows, organizational standards, and Epic best practices.
