About The Role

Mission

The HR Generalist will provide operational support to the HR EMEA team across 18 countries, contributing to the smooth delivery of HR processes and initiatives. We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong people mindset and willingness to learn and grow within HR.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR EMEA team across a wide range of HR activities and initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment process including job postings, candidate coordination, and liaison with recruitment providers when required.
  • Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are completed accurately and that all required documentation is maintained.
  • Provide administrative support across HR activities, including the preparation of reports, presentations, surveys and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the delivery of HR communications, programmes and campaigns across EMEA.
  • Assist in HRIS activities, including data maintenance, testing and implementation of new functionalities when required.
  • Provide administrative support for occupational health and safety initiatives and compliance activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including Talent Management & Development, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion activities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.
  • Provide support in the review and update of the HR EMEA SharePoint, coordinating actions with the team.

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and employee administration.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within HR.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare documentation.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written). Spanish and any other European language would be an advantage.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with HR systems (such as Workday) would be an advantage.

  • Salary range: €24-36k, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
