Head of Data Engineering

SCOR is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead the design and delivery of scalable, governed, and high-performing data pipelines that connect operational systems with SCOR’s analytics and AI platforms. The role’s core mission is to ensure that data flows seamlessly, reliably, and consistently across the enterprise, enabling a Single Version of Truth for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases. Acting as a strategic integrator, the role not only delivers robust data pipelines but also works upstream with business and IT teams to improve data quality at the source, ensuring that data can be trusted across its lifecycle. You will play a critical role in transforming data engineering at SCOR by rethinking it in the age of agentic AI and leveraging AI driven automation to improve productivity and scalability. You will also enable SCOR’s data and AI strategy by ensuring high quality production grade data is continuously available to platforms such as Databricks and Palantir Foundry.
