About The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst leads the design, development, implementation, communication and administration of total rewards programs, ensuring programs are administered in accordance with plan design and aligned with Tru Cooperative Bank’s (“the Cooperative Bank”) Total Rewards strategy. The Senior Analyst provides subject matter expertise, extensive knowledge and support on compensation related matters, escalating to leadership and/or HR business partners as required. This role may primarily focus on leading total rewards projects or complex work as assigned by their leader.
