Hybrid Assembler B

The Hybrid Assembler B completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.

Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures Maintains clean and safe work environment Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures Perform wire bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Perform die bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Operate and monitor furnace processes to ensure compliance with production requirements.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility. Working experience performing wire bonding operations. Working experience performing die bonding operations. Experience loading, unloading, and monitoring furnace equipment.
