Family Planning Coordinator

The Family Planning Coordinator (FP Coordinator) will carry out responsibilities which insure high quality, well-coordinated patient care for the clinic according to Title X Family Planning guidelines and the mission of CBHA. The FP Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Programs and the medical care team to insure that activities related to patient care, supplies, documentation, and the support for staff are optimized for efficient and compliant delivery of high quality patient care and family planning services.
