Environmental Service Supervisor

Operations - Manages and supervises departmental staff by confirming, validating and teaching staff to uphold the department mission: provide an exceptional patient experience; ensure a clean environment that does not contribute to the spread of healthcare associated infection; and to facilitate timely patient flow. - Ensures staffing assignments are complete to avoid missed assignments and/or unnecessary use of premium pay. - Maintains a working knowledge of the hospital bed tracking system (Epic) and ensures response times are met. -
