Building HVAC System repairs. - Works with Building Coordinators, HVAC Technician, and Utilities staff to analyze and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning operational problems in assigned area. - Coordinates with Utilities and zone staff to repair building system HVAC components and assures proper operation. - Diagnoses and correct building HVAC System / component abnormalities quickly and efficiently. - Corrective and Preventative Maintenance of building equipment. - Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs - HVAC heating and cooling components and systems including air handlers, pumps, fans, compressors, plumbing fixtures and vacuum systems. - Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance...
