Job Title: UI Engineer (React.js / Next.js) Experience: 5–8 Years Job Summary We are looking for a passionate UI Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend technologies. Experience with Python/FastAPI is preferred to collaborate on full-stack feature development. The candidate should have experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA), reusable UI components, and responsive user interfaces while following frontend best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance Single Page Applications (SPA) using React.js and Next.js. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following component-driven architecture. Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma/Adobe XD designs using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and modern CSS techniques. Create responsive layouts compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) using Next.js. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs. Collaborate with backend teams developing services using Python and FastAPI. Manage application state using modern React state management libraries. Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, caching, and image optimization. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices. Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable TypeScript code. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend best practices.
