  • ✔ You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and Spanish (at least B1) and thrive in a multicultural setting.
  • ✔ You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 💼 What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a team of 5–7 of prospectors.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
