TMC: AWS Data Engineer

About this vacancy As an AWS Data Engineer , you build the foundations for data-driven decision-making. You design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms, integrate multiple data sources, and ensure reliable and efficient data infrastructure across cloud environments, with a strong focus on AWS . Your responsibilities include: Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Integrating structured and unstructured data sources from various systems. Optimizing data storage and processing solutions, primarily in AWS cloud environments . Collaborating with Data Scientists, BI specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders. Ensuring data quality, security, governance, and compliance standards. Documenting data flows, architectures, and technical solutions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of data engineering best practices and cloud-native solutions.

What we expect from you Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, EMR, Athena, or related technologies. Experience with tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Airflow, and dbt . Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and streaming technologies. Experience designing and maintaining scalable cloud-based data platforms. Knowledge of Azure is considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
