Assistant Laundry Manager

The Assistant Laundry Manager assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the hotel's 24-hour Laundry and Linen operation, ensuring the efficient coordination of outsourced hotel bed & bath linen and F&B linen services, while overseeing the in-house processing of guest laundry and staff uniforms. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, linen availability, inventory control, productivity, cost management, and guest satisfaction through effective leadership of the laundry and linen team, while ensuring compliance with IHG Brand Standards, hotel policies, and health and safety requirements.
