About The Role
- Pro-active Collections & follow-up of unpaid overdue invoices
- Credit controlling of Key & international merchants at headquarter level?
- Analysis and Calculations of Credit notes
- Handling merchant escalations and complaints
- Weekly reporting to senior executive management
Bachelor/Master in Finance
- 1-3 years experience as a controller & collector (international experience preferred)
- Languages: Excellent in NL ? FR ? ENG (in writing & speaking)
- Strong customer orientation & ability to communicate at executive level
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills & ability to negotiate
- Strong writing & reporting skills
- Pro-active,?Positive attitude,?Hands-on mentality
- Ability to prioritize and being well organised
- Advanced knowledge of; MS Office, Webfocus or BI tools, Oracle & SAP
