As a Recruitment Consultant, you are in daily contact with candidates and customers. Client Details You will be joining the newest division of a global player in the field of recruitment, which has also won the Top Employer award several times in a row. Description Attend presentations and meetings Approach a network of customers and candidates Persuade them to work with you on their recruitment needs Negotiate terms, brief them and advise them on their recruitment needs Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate selection to offer management Participate in job fairs and universities

You speak Dutch and/or French fluently and have an excellent level of English You are a driven, social and entrepreneurial person You can work autonomously while remaining a real team-player You are a persuasive and compelling person able to sell yourself and the company You are adaptable and can change your style of delivery depending on your audience
