Director - Revenue Cycle Management

The Director of RCM Operations (Profee& Facility) is responsible for the daily management and coordination of all operational and client service activities for assigned accounts. This role oversees the full revenue cycle continuum—including Front, Middle, and Back-office operations and HIM—to ensure external client satisfaction, consistent cash flow, and operational excellence. The Director proactively monitors performance metrics, resolves escalated client issues, and implements process improvements to maximize productivity and ensure all revenue production goals are met.
