About The Role

- As a robotic engineer, you will be part of our driven engineering team, where you will work together to
develop high-quality software solutions. Your tasks will include
- Develop, maintain, and improve robotic software using ROS2
- Integrate and optimize navigation stacks, SLAM, and sensor fusion
- Build perception systems using Computer Vision (e.g., object detection, visual localization)
- Design and deploy Machine Learning models for robotic perception and autonomous decisionmaking
- Work hands-on with real robots: system integration, deployment, tuning, and performance
- optimization
- Contribute to robot control, localization, and path planning
- Participate in on-site testing and customer deployments across Belgium and the Netherlands
- You are hands-on and have 3-5 years of experience and strong affinity with autonomous navigation, robotics, machine control or industrial automation
- Thorough knowledge of ROS2, C, C++, and Python
Solid knowledge in majority of the following fields
- Sensor fusion for state estimation and localization
- Control systems for robotics
- Path planning & Navigation (SLAM)
- Computer Vision and Machine Learning applied to robotics
- You’re comfortable working with hardware and in realworld field environments and experience bringing systems from prototype to reliable field deployment
- You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
- You have a valid EU driving license (for site testing and deployments)
- You can communicate fluently in English
