Project Manager (enterprise integration / digital transformation), JR621

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

This is a business-critical enterprise integration project aimed at implementing a complex digital platform in a regulated environment. The project includes requirements analysis, solution design, integrations, testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities. Success relies on effective project governance, stakeholder alignment, scope management, and proactive risk and dependency tracking.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing software development projects
• Understanding of fixed-price delivery models
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Experience with Jira
• Stakeholder management and status reporting
• Ability to independently manage project workstreams
• Experience working with Ukrainian stakeholders and in a regulated environment is a plus
• Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery and workstreams
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and Jira boards
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare status reports and support project governance
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Escalate blockers and delivery issues when necessary
• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and Go-Live activities
