💬 We're Hiring: Content Designer (Conversational AI)

We're looking for a Content Designer to help shape engaging, intuitive, and user-centric conversational experiences across our AI and chatbot platforms.

Hybrid or remote options can be considered.

What you'll do

✨ Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful

✨ Create chatbot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials

✨ Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels

✨ Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness

✨ Support chatbot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements

✨ Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What we're looking for

✅ Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing

✅ Strong skills in Conversation Design and user-centered content creation

✅ Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

✅ Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization

✅ Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities

✅ Experience with User Research and content testing

✅ Strong multilingual communication skills are a plus

✅ knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
