About the Role

• As the Contractor Management Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise contractor activities
• from project commencement through to completion and handover. You will ensure all work
• complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and agreed project timelines while delivering a
• seamless experience for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractor-led maintenance and improvement projects.
• Monitor contractor performance against timelines, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee all pre-occupancy works and property readiness activities.
• Conduct inspections and resolve defects before handover.
• Manage permits for high-risk work activities and ensure compliance.
• Maintain communication with contractors, tenants, property teams and stakeholders.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Facilities Maintenance Work Orders (FMWs) and project

• documentation.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising contractors and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, compliance and quality assurance requirements.
• Experience managing high-risk work activities and permit-to-work processes.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive contractor accountability.
