Injection Molding Operator – Work in Belgium

As an Injection Molding Operator , you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Your tasks: Set up and adjust molds based on technical plans using a crane Install molds on injection molding machines and configure parameters Supply the correct materials to keep production running smoothly Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed Perform quality checks on finished products Help troubleshoot technical issues and support problem-solving

You are an experienced Injection Molding Operator with a hands-on and proactive mindset. What we are looking for: Proven experience in injection molding (plastics) is required (+3 years) Experience as a technical or production operator Strong problem-solving skills and technical insight Motivated to continuously learn and improve Not afraid to take on technical challenges A true team player with a hands-on mentality Able to read and interpret technical drawings Structured, precise, and quality-oriented in your work Take ownership and responsibility over the production process
