API/SOA Analyst

• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory)

About the Role

• We are looking for an API / SOA Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology and support enterprise integration initiatives.
• You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and stakeholders to define requirements and develop high-quality API and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements
• Produce functional and technical analyses
• Create UML and process models
• Define API and integration requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Support testing and validation activities
• Maintain solution documentation
• Ensure traceability between requirements and delivery

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in business, functional or technical analysis
• Knowledge of API and SOA principles
• Understanding of REST and SOAP technologies
• UML, BPMN and data modelling experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Agile and Scrum experience

Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with testing methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Understanding of XML, JSON and integration concepts

Technology Environment

Jira, Confluence, REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, Swagger, UML, BPMN, Postman, Jenkins, Git and Agile Tooling.
