The Principal Talent Management Consultant is a strategic advisor and enterprise program consultant responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving Providence's Performance Management Program. This role partners with HR, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning, Analytics, and business leaders to deliver talent solutions that strengthen goal alignment, continuous feedback, performance reviews, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings expertise in talent and performance management, strong analytical and project leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable programs, processes, and technology-enabled solutions that foster a high-performance culture and support organizational success.
