About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to join a growing AI-focused SaaS startup. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure that supports our platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

You’ll work closely with development and product teams to improve deployment processes, monitor systems, and respond to incidents proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple engineering squads
• Support cloud-native application deployments and automation
• Improve software delivery processes and engineering efficiency
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical leadership
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices
• Support security, reliability, and scalability initiatives

Must-Have

• 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure Automation
• Experience supporting production cloud environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience working with cloud-native applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience supporting microservices-based architectures
• Experience working with containerized environments
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience building scalable deployment pipelines
• Experience supporting distributed engineering teams
• Experience using AI-assisted development or engineering workflows

• Experience with Generative AI technologies

• Experience with .NET and Angular environments
• Experience working in consulting or staff augmentation models
• Valid US visa
• Willingness to travel to the US if required
