Operations Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity , operational excellence , and delivery of key initiatives. Coordinate incident management , problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments. Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, including Linux systems , virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions. Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fostering accountability , collaboration , and continuous improvement. Ensure operational compliance with security standards , governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.

Operations Manager - Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, System Engineering, or a similar technical leadership role. Proven experience in team management , people leadership, coaching, and operational coordination within complex environments. Strong background in Linux-based infrastructures , networking, virtualization, cloud and/or on-premises environments. Experience with incident management , service delivery, operational governance, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication , stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with fluent English.
