The Role

You’ll work directly with life sciences clients to understand their pain points and implement AI-powered solutions using the Bluenote platform. You’ll design and build workflow automation and help bring life-saving therapies to patients faster.

This role is ideal for technically strong individuals with a product mindset who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments and are excited to be at the forefront of real-world LLM applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with clients and subject matter experts to understand their processes and needs, codifying this into software and evaluation datasets.
  • Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
  • Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation.
  • Iterate quickly with users to improve output.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer needs and Bluenote’s platform capabilities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of post-college experience in software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience in leading major product launch and/or customer implementations
  • Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs.
  • Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
  • Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus.
