Team Coach 2-shifts

We are looking for a people-oriented Team Coach who feels at ease working with a diverse range of personalities and remains calm and approachable under pressure. You contribute to a positive team environment and consistently act with respect and composure in a varied workplace.

Coach and support warehouse employees to ensure they work safely, efficiently, and with a focus on quality

Motivate the team and help them achieve daily targets

Follow up on work schedules (limited administrative tasks)

Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operational Manager

Willing to work in 2 shifts and occasionally on Saturdays.

Strong people and coaching skills : you enjoy guiding and motivating others.

Good communication skills in English .

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but people skills are most important.
