Corporate Actions Senior Analyst

Corporate Actions is a specialized team within DTCC's Global Business Operations organization, responsible for processing and supporting a wide range of asset servicing events for DTC-eligible securities. The team manages corporate action events including dividends, interest payments, stock distributions, reorganizations, mergers, tenders, tax services, and event reconciliation while delivering high-quality service to clients and minimizing operational risk.
