Freelance Payroll Specialist – Region Liège

• For an international player in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced
• Freelance Payroll Specialist to temporarily strengthen the internal payroll team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager.

Your responsibilities

Supporting the end-to-end payroll cycle for approximately 400 employees (blue- and white-collar) in collaboration with SD Worx.

Ensuring the

• accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data in SD Worx and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the
• time and attendance system .
• Identifying and analyzing anomalies within payroll processes and system configurations while contributing to sustainable solutions.
• Initiating and implementing
• process improvements with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and automation.

Your profile

• Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing, time and attendance systems and payroll process optimization within a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or within an industrial manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll regulations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• A proactive, hands-on and service-oriented mindset.
