(Renton) Year-Round Swim Teacher for Kids (Ages 4-12)

• We are looking for fun, outgoing, responsible individuals to teach classes in our Swimvincibles Program with kids ages 4-12.
• Competitive salaries: $20.57 to $35+/hr , once trained, DOE and average weekly pool hours.
• Paid training: $18-22/hr DOE

We are looking for responsible individuals who

• Are available to work a minimum of (2) 4-5 hour shifts per week (once trained)
• Are available to work evenings & weekends
• Can work year-round (this is not a "summer" job)
• Enjoy working with children and adults
• Have a love of water and can swim
• Have good communication skills
• Are fluent in English, oral and written
• Are reliable, organized and detail-oriented
• Have reliable transportation

Requirements

• Previous swim instruction experience helpful, but not required
• CPR and First Aid required within 3 months

Education

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Swimming: 1 year (Required)
• Working with children: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification

• CPR / First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Lifeguard Training (Preferred)
