Lead and manage the testing and validation function across hardware, firmware, and software domains
Act as Lead for Firmware, Hardware, and Software Test Engineers at Vietnam, ensuring alignment, performance, and delivery quality
Ensure end-to-end product quality, stability, and performance through structured validation strategies and team execution
Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and automation across all validation areas
