What you will do at Signaturit, A Namirial Company🚀
Main Responsibilities
Support to the Sales Team
- Manage the communication and ensure efficient follow‑up on customer requests.
- Participate in updating and validating customer information (contracts, usage/consumption data, invoices, Workspace access…).
- Organize and maintain sales folders and documentation (training materials, sales collateral) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals and RFP responses (certificates, company figures, compliance documents, security audits…).
- Manage and track CPMs.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Marketing
- Follow up and track marketing campaigns (events, partnership, PSG, etc...)
- Maintain tactical files (user groups, event participation…).
- Support the implementation of commercial actions (webinars, events, campaign tracking).
Finance
- Collaborate on revenue reporting.
- Assist with invoicing for specific accounts (e.g., AXA, Cecurity, SCC…) and act as the interface between Sales and Finance.
Managers
- Support the planning and organization of internal meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Prepare materials, track action items, and consolidate reporting (pipeline, forecast, MRR, ARR, churn).
- Monitor sales objectives and flag discrepancies.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects (LTA, e‑invoicing, coordination with CSM…).
Data Management & Knowledge Management
CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensure opportunities and customer accounts are kept up to date.
- Update outdated data (contacts, statuses, activities, contractual information…).
- Guarantee data integrity and reliability (amounts, dates, key stakeholder identities…).
- Ensure high‑quality renewal opportunities (RNW).
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce regular reports: sales, churn, renewals, commercial KPIs…
- Identify anomalies and propose improvements.
- Participate in optimizing order‑to‑cash processes (ADV) and internal tools.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (2–3 years post‑secondary) in business, management, or finance.
Experience
- 5+ years in Sales Administration, Sales Assistance, Sales Operations, or Commercial Management.
- Experience in a SaaS environment or subscription‑based model is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong mastery of Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of recurring revenue models (MRR, ARR, churn, recurring billing).
- Comfortable with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
Soft Skills
- Rigor, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective cross‑team communication.
- Analytical mindset and appetite for continuous improvement.
