Finance Assistant - Open to High School and Associate Diploma Graduates

About The Role

The company is a foreign-invested holding entity established in Singapore, responsible for regional investment management and related administrative support functions. The organization maintains a lean structure with a small operational scale, and our office is located in the northern part of Singapore .

Key Responsibilities

  1. Finance & Accounting Management
  • Handle monthly and year-end accounting closing for the Singapore entity;
  • Prepare the company's Annual Report and tax filing documents;
  • Process daily expense reimbursements, voucher verification, and maintain financial records;
  • Coordinate and liaise with banks, external accounting firms, auditors, and relevant government authorities.
  1. Administration & Corporate Governance
  • Manage corporate documents, contracts, and other operational records;
  • Handle annual filings, company secretarial matters, and statutory compliance requirements.
  1. Reporting & Communication
  • Regularly report to the Managing Director, and submit monthly financial statements and operational data to the headquarters on time, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Associate Diploma or High School Diploma or above, with a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Practical experience in finance, accounting, or corporate administration
  • Experience handling accounting closing and Annual Report preparation
  • Broad experience managing finance, administration, compliance, and general operational responsibilities within a small company, holding company, or regional office
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and timely reports
  • Comfortable coordinating with regional management, headquarters, auditors, banks, and external service providers
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Experience working in a Singapore-based holding company, regional headquarters, or small corporate entity
  • Familiarity with Singapore accounting, audit, tax, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a Korean or multinational company
  • Stable employment history and interest in a long-term position
  • Availability to join sufficiently early to complete a comprehensive handove
