About The Role

Must hold a transferable Iqama
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
15+ years of experience
Must have the experience in a similar role within reputable Consultancy Companies
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
Proficiency in project planning tools such as Power BI, Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, and similar tools
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management (FIDIC or similar)
Familiarity with construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning
Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project from start to finish
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality r
