Senior Manager - Engineering

The Electrical Lead will be responsible for the design, development, validation, reliability improvement, and lifecycle management of critical wind turbine electrical systems, including:

Generator

Power Converter

Pitch System

Power & Control Cable Harnesses

Electrical Sensors & Instrumentation

The role involves close coordination with design, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, certification, commissioning, and field service teams to ensure electrical system performance, reliability, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
