About The Role

The Lead – Business Development (Hospitality & Asset Management) will oversee the performance,
governance, and strategic growth of the organization’s hospitality portfolio, including company-owned
hotels and hospitality-related assets. The role is responsible for driving commercial optimization, ensuring
strong financial governance, and providing strategic support to maximize profitability and long-term value
creation on behalf of the asset-owning companies.
This position will lead strategic partnerships, deal structuring, and market expansion initiatives,
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the company’s hospitality asset strategy.
