About The Role
Position Overview
- The Junior Chief of Staff supports the CEO and executive leadership team in turning strategic priorities into clear actions and measurable outcomes. The role works across functions to support strategic planning, business performance tracking, special projects, and executive operating rhythms.
- This position is ideal for an ambitious, analytical generalist who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across different business areas, and learning how a company operates from a senior leadership perspective .
- Strategic Planning & Executive Support
- Strategic Planning & OKRs: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by consolidating business inputs, analyzing performance, and preparing materials for leadership discussions.
- Decision Support: Analyze business proposals, performance reports, and key issues to provide structured insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with different teams to follow up on strategic priorities, identify blockers, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Strategic Project Management & Special Initiatives
- Project Execution: Support or take ownership of selected cross-functional strategic projects, from problem definition and analysis to execution and follow-up.
- Problem Solving & Business Insights: Break down ambiguous business problems using structured frameworks such as Root Cause Analysis, First Principles, 5 Whys, and MECE.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, customer, and internal business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Executive Cadence & Business Performance
- Performance Reviews: Support Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) by collecting and analyzing business performance data and translating findings into clear insights.
- Leadership Meetings: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and discussion points for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
- Action Item Tracking: Document key decisions and action items, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and track progress against deadlines.
- AI-Driven Process & Operational Optimization
- Proactively leverage AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Explore and test new AI-enabled ways of working to improve team productivity and decision-making.
- Help standardize effective AI workflows and best practices across strategic and operational processes.
- Background & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a strong university.
- 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, Investment Banking, Corporate Planning, Management Trainee programs, or other analytical/generalist roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, internship experience, and demonstrated leadership or project experience are welcome.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects or business problem-solving is a plus.

- Attention to Detail: Able to maintain accuracy and quality when working with multiple data points, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Data & Business Literacy
- Strong interest in business and ability to understand key business metrics and performance drivers.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Able to analyze data and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- SQL/BigQuery or dashboarding experience is a plus.
- AI & Innovation Readiness
- Strong interest in AI and demonstrated ability to use modern AI tools to improve research, analysis, problem-solving, and workflow efficiency.
- Willingness to experiment with new AI-enabled ways of working and continuously improve productivity.
- Language & Communication
- Excellent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
- Ability to create clear, structured presentations and communicate ideas effectively to different stakeholders.
