Engineer - Production

An Operational Joinery Production Engineer is responsible for managing the complete productions on a daily basis, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Plan and execute daily production targets, allocate carpenters, machine operators, and helpers, monitor work progress on shop floor. Supervise cutting, assembly, veneering, polishing, and packing.

Ensure machines (CNC, panel saw, edge bander, spray booth) operate efficiently, resolve production issues immediately. Verify shop drawings before releasing to production, prepare cutting lists and job cards, ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
