Competence

• Minimum of 3 years’ Higher education within Informational design or likely
• Long experience from working with animations
• Long experience from working with Adobe Illustrator
• Long experience from working with Adobe Photoshop
• Have experience from working with video production
• Have experience from working with CAD system used by engineering
• Have experience from working with web scripts like html5 and Action Script
• Have experience from E-learning development
• Good knowledge about handling text and pictures (layout)
• Good knowledge about instructional design
• Good technical understanding
• Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong teamwork capacity Main Tasks
• Develop, design and produce training material within Competence Development
• Distribute all training material developed within Competence Development according to decided process
• Develop global templates and guidelines in cooperation with others
• Support development of graphical recommendations for Competence Development
• Develop and organize other media materials like multimedia visual aids, pictures and folders to support Competence Development
• Continuous improvements related to responsibilities

Design and produce high quality audio-visual training material consisting of

Illustrations

Animations

Videos

Sounds

Layout

• Support subject matter experts in training material development issues
• Support subject matter experts with instructional design
• Communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Contact with suppliers for handling of quotations, orders and deliveries
• Follow-up of cost for productions according to decided internal routines
• Update global systems with training material according to decided routines
• Participate in activities related to the Volvo CE strategy
• Participate and develop material for various activities like Masters, etc.

Authorities

Is authorized to order translations and productions of training material from external suppliers according to approved budget
