FINLAND MANUAL LATHE OPERATOR

Are you an experienced manual lathe operator looking for a stable long-term position? We are looking for a skilled Manual Lathe Operator to join the team. The role requires solid independent working experience and strong technical drawing reading skills.

The Role

• Manual lathe operation independent work on a conventional lathe
• Method planning, setting and adjusting the machine
• Machining of parts up to 1000 mm diameter, 1 to 500 kg
• Small series production (15 pieces)
• Materials: black steel and stainless steel

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual lathe operation
• Strong ability to work independently without supervision
• Good technical drawing reading skills essential
• Good communication skills in English or Finnish

What we offer

• Wage from 15 €/h final rate determined by skills and experience
• Long-term, indefinite employment

Technology Industry Collective Agreement (TES)

• Day shift no shift work, no hour bank
• Start beginning of August 2026
• Accommodation available own room in a shared apartment (rent from 220 €/month)
• Long-term and flexible employment contracts
