An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and strategic commercial leader to serve as Area Director of Sales & Marketing overseeing three premier Hilton properties: Hilton San Diego Bayfront, Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Mission Valley.

This leadership role is responsible for driving overall commercial performance across the portfolio through strategic sales leadership, revenue optimization, marketing execution, and talent development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-service hospitality sales, complex group strategy, and multi-property leadership.
