Full Stack Python

We’re forming a new team dedicated to driving AI use cases across the Wells organization. We’re seeking two experienced software developers who will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable AI solutions. Ideal candidates are passionate about emerging technologies and excited to work on projects that make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:

•Develop backend services using Python and .NET/C#.

•Integrate LLM-based frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen etc.

•Collaborate on AI-driven workflows and scalable architectures.

•Build React frontends for AI-powered apps.

Qualifications

• •Proficiency in Python and .NET/C#.
• •Experience with building APIs / microservices on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, Databricks would be a plus).
• •Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering.
• •Some exposure to React for building AI frontends.
