We’re now looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our pricing and pre-construction function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our bids and the future of our pipeline.

• You’ll work closely with our pre construction team and operational leads to ensure our pricing is sharp, competitive, and aligned with our uncompromising standards.
• What you’ll be doing

• Leading the preparation of accurate, commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions
• Support in the management of pre-construction processes across a range of public sector refurbishment and energy efficiency projects
• Reviewing tender documentation and developing cost plans and methodologies
• Working with internal stakeholders to identify risks, innovations, and value-engineering opportunities
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Presenting tender strategies and outcomes to senior leadership
• Helping mentor and develop junior team members

What we’re looking for

We’re after a strategic thinker and a detail-driven professional — a confident estimator with sharp commercial instincts, deep industry knowledge, and the drive to deliver work that stands up to scrutiny and makes a real impact.

You’ll bring

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in construction/refurbishment
• A solid understanding of housing retrofit, refurbishment or social housing frameworks
• Strong analytical and technical ability — plus clear written and verbal communication
• Experience working with estimating software and Excel
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-trust environment
