About The Role
What You'll Do
As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a safe, responsive, and enriching classroom where babies can learn, grow, and thrive every day.
Your responsibilities include
- Creating a warm, nurturing, and responsive learning environment
- Building trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Supporting each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences
- Following safe sleep practices and maintaining a clean, healthy classroom
- Completing daily communication and documentation for families
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Maintaining compliance with EEC regulations and company policies
What You'll Need to Succeed
Required
- EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC employment requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Flexibility to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience in an infant classroom
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
