About The Role

What You'll Do

As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a safe, responsive, and enriching classroom where babies can learn, grow, and thrive every day.

Your responsibilities include

  • Creating a warm, nurturing, and responsive learning environment
  • Building trusting relationships with infants and their families
  • Supporting each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Following safe sleep practices and maintaining a clean, healthy classroom
  • Completing daily communication and documentation for families
  • Collaborating with fellow teachers and center leadership
  • Maintaining compliance with EEC regulations and company policies

What You'll Need to Succeed

Required

  • EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC employment requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Flexibility to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Previous experience in an infant classroom
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
