What you'll do

🔹 Design and implement innovative conversational AI and chatbot solutions

🔹 Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies

🔹 Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

🔹 Integrate Large Language Models and AI services into enterprise ecosystems

🔹 Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and ethical standards

🔹 Collaborate with UX, content, development, and infrastructure teams

🔹 Continuously monitor and improve AI solution performance

What we're looking for

✅ Strong expertise in Conversational AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)

✅ Hands-on experience with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks

✅ Knowledge of Embeddings, Vector Search, and AI architectures

✅ Proficiency in Python and API integrations

✅ Understanding of AI security, governance, and regulatory compliance

✅ A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation

✅ knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
