About The Role

Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews
Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policy, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates
Support coordination with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details
Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team
Final year student or fresh graduate from System Information or Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines or related fields.
Basic understanding of labour laws, HSE standards, and workplace safety practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of business processes and documentation
Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang .
