About The Role

Assist in updating and maintaining risk registers, compliance tracking, and policy documentation.
Support preparation of RCMC/BRCC reporting materials and data compilation.
Assist in updating BIA & BCP documentation and maintaining BCM monitoring.
Support documentation of BCM testing, simulation, and awareness activities.
Maintain document version control and filing (softcopy & tracker).
Assist in training, regulatory monitoring and follow-up tracking of action items.
Assist in strategic Group project as well as Linknet initiative. E.g. AI (Chatbot), Automation (Dashboard), BU Alert Monitoring.
Final year student or fresh graduate from Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, Law.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and documentation skills, detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang .
