Manager – Demand & Portfolio Management

The Manager Demand & Portfolio Management is accountable for end-to-end demand governance, portfolio prioritization, and capacity alignment across Business and IT. The role ensures that the right initiatives are delivered at the right time, within approved scope, capacity, and budget—maximizing business value while maintaining IT reliability and execution discipline. This role acts as a strategic bridge between Business, Architecture, Delivery, and Finance, enabling predictable delivery, strong scope control, and data-driven investment decisions across both Agile and Waterfall portfolios.
